  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Tags and packaging intact
  • Only tried for fit

How to Request

Same process as exchange.

  • Refund initiated after approval

  • Returns allowed once per order
  • Used/damaged items not accepted

Refund

Modes

  • Prepaid → original payment method
  • COD → website wallet credit only

Timeline

  • QC: 2–3 days
