Exchange Process
- Your exchange request is verified
- A free pickup is arranged
- The replacement product is shipped after the returned product passes the quality check
Exchange Conditions
- The product must be unused and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The product should only have been tried on for fit

How to Request

Return Process
- A pickup is arranged
- The returned product is inspected
- The refund is initiated after the return is approved
Return Conditions
- Returns are allowed only once per order
- Used, washed or damaged products will not be accepted

- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are issued as website wallet credit only
